This workshop takes place over 2 days, Tuesday, November 20th & Tuesday, November 27th.
In this 2 day workshop, we will use the Feldenkrais method of gentle and mindful movement and body awareness to help participants to balance, control, and improve their neurological processes; inevitably opening up possibilities for the participant to reach more of their inherent potential. This educational and informative workshop takes place over 2 days, Tuesday, November 20th & Tuesday, November 27th and is taught by a Guild certified Feldenkrais Practitioner.
Please bring comfortable clothing that you can stretch and perform light movement in, and a yoga mat.

Trisha Jewellen Hargaden, B.Ed, is a Guild certified Feldenkrais Practitioner®, in Somatic Education, a certified Tai Chi Chih® teacher and Healing Practitioner with over 40 years in education. Trisha began her teaching career as a Physical Education, Dance, Drama and Music Teacher, in Ireland, England and Australia. She majored in singing at Trinity College of Music London and graduated in education at Queensland University of Technology, Brisbane, Australia. She also worked for the Queensland Department of Education in the area of Human Relationships Education giving presentations to parents and teenagers in schools and various communities over a 5 year period. Her journey into self healing through meditation, energy healing and sound, provided many insights into the human being’s potential to heal itself. In 1990, she came to the United States to explore further her interest in healing, music and study transpersonal psychology. Her search broadened to include studying consciousness and non physical states.
