Bodywork Series: Slowly and Lightly (Online)

This 4-week bodywork series focuses on utilizing gradual and non-intrusive movement therapy to emphasize re-learning healthy patterns in the brain.
This program incorporates light movement to improve your flexibility and keep your mind agile. This little known practice is perfect for individuals who sit most of their workday, older individuals, and those who want to try something new. Our staff participated in this program last month and the experience was refreshing and healing.
The bodywork series focuses on utilizing gradual and non-intrusive movement therapy to emphasize re-learning healthy patterns in the brain. In this online workshop, we will use the Feldenkrais Method® of gentle and mindful movement and body awareness to help participants to balance, control, and improve their neurological processes; inevitably opening up possibilities for the participant to reach more of their inherent potential.

About the Instructor
This educational and informative workshop is taught by Trisha Jewellen Hargaden, a Guild certified Feldenkrais Practitioner.

This is an online series. We recommend you wear comfortable clothing that you can stretch and perform light movement in and have a mat to sit and lie down on near your computer (online broadcast).
