Bodywork Series: Less is More

Less is More. This 4-week bodywork series focuses on developing awareness through minimalist movement exercises.
In this online workshop, we will use the Feldenkrais Method® of gentle and mindful movement and body awareness to help participants to balance, control, and improve their neurological processes; inevitably opening up possibilities for the participant to reach more of their inherent potential.
This educational and informative workshop is taught by Trisha Jewellen Hargaden, a Guild certified Feldenkrais Practitioner.
Please wear comfortable clothing that you can stretch and perform light movement in, and bring a yoga mat.
